st: Estimating Makeham-Term in a Gopertz-Makeham model

Dear Statasticians

Is it possible to estimate the Makeham-Term (a) of a Gompertz-Makeham
model [a+b*e^(ct)] with Stata (I did not find any hints in the
'streg'-manual).
