One other related issue:

Notice that the trailing zeros are "truncated"in the HR column for sex and 
several other variables (also the C.I. columns), but are not truncated in 
the z column or p columns.

My main reason for being interested in this is that I paste output like 
this into my text editor for further formatting. Lining up the decimals in 
the HR sometimes would help a great deal and save me time, particularly 
when I have pasted in many analyses.
