st: Having a zero before my comma

Dear all,

today I am really caught in the depths of formatting output. This time
I was wondering wether I may be able to force stata to start off with
a zero when displaying a value smaller than 1.

example:

local value1=1/2

local value2=10/2

forval i=1/2 {



I would like to see an output
