This may be a shot in the dark, but...
Has anyone written trusty Stata code to compute Jargowsky's Neighborhood
Sorting Index using grouped income categories? Is such a piece of code
circulating in the Stata community? I am about to embark on this task, but
would prefer not to if this code is available through other sources.
