Can Stata7SE conduct a treatment effect regression
with a binary dummy dependent variable?
An econometric specification is as follows.
D=aX+bP+e (1) D:binary dummy
P=cZ+v (2) P:binary dummy with endogeneity
A model described below is wrongly specified since the
dependent variable is a binary dummy.
treatreg D X treat(P=Z) twostep
