st: -heterogi- on SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, -heterogi- program may be downloaded from SSC.

-heterogi- is an immediate command that provides the statistics H and I2
to quantify heterogeneity in a meta-analysis.

If interested, install in an up-to-date Stata by

ssc inst heterogi
