I am doing a paper on poverty dynamics and will need to compare the FGT
poverty rates between time periods. Does anyone know a program or command I
can use to test the statistical differences of the different poverty rates
and also does anyone know any command I can use to carry out CDF tests. I am
still using stata 7.0
