The TIFF format is not very good, and any publisher should be able and
willing to receive vector graphics in .eps (Encapsulated PostScript)
format; it is perfect. See -whelp graph_export-; some possibilities have
been added since the Graphics manual was printed.
You can choose font this way:
Right-click the graph and select
Graph Preferences > General
Here you can choose the font.
To select font for the printed version:
Graph Preferences > Printer
