st: re: problem with viewer

Ben Jann reports a problem with 'rnethelp' of his jmp.hlp file in Win 
XP. Uli confirms that it is a problem in Linux. I tried it just now in 
Mac OS X and it looks fine.

I have seen this problem (and it has bitten a few of my help files). It 
seems to have something to do with the notion that SMCL markup tags 
which are not literally required (but recommended) are tripping up the 
Viewer. Akin to the notion that in HTML you really should say <p>This 
is a para</p>, but every browser will understand if you just use the 
open-para tag.
