There was a problem on our web site with the SJ4-4 gr0008 package file for
Maurizio Pisati's -tmap- commands. colorschemes.dta was marked as an ancillary
file when it should have been included with the required installation files.
This problem has now been fixed. If you have already installed gr0008, I would
recommend that you uninstall it and then reinstall it so that the file may be
put in the correct directory. To do so, type
. ado uninstall gr0008
. net install http://www.stata-journal.com/software/sj4-4/gr0008.pkg
