st: update to -xtfisher- on SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, there is an updated version of -xtfisher- available on SSC.  There were a couple of errors in the help file.

And, the correct spelling of Edinburgh, is, well, Edinburgh -- not Edingurgh as I previously wrote.
