Another possibility is directly printing, as in:

print c:/ado/personal/ndbfaq.hlp, like(smcl) header(off) logo(off) fontsize(14)

This works for me, except that I can't control the font size. It prints at 
about 9. Perhaps someone knows how to change the font size.
