Have a look at our paper at MEASURE project:
http://www.cpc.unc.edu/measure/publications/pdf/wp-04-85.pdf. The
Filmer-Pritchett procedure tends to produce too skewed distribution,
and this has little to do with the number of assets included. It is
the intrinsic feature of the procedure.

We are going to have a companion paper with the analysis of a couple
of DHS data sets, RLMS and LSMS.
