Is there and -ado- to calculate sample size for an unmatched case-control
study with an ordinal exposure variable? Logistic regression will be used
for the analysis. Subjects will be categorized by quintile of the exposure
in the control group for assessment of trend. -studysi- and -calcssbi- seem
to do the trick for cohort designs, but I'm not sure they work for a
case-control study.
