Dear Marteen,

By the way, do you know where I could find the support on all the
utilities developed by Scott Long and Jeremy Freese's? They seem very
useful for my estimations. Unfortunately, I don't have an access to
their book.

Regards

Agnieszka

The command -prgen- in Scott Long and Jeremy Freese's package spost
(-findit spost-) is what you are looking for.

The odds ratio is e^(parameter), so the value can easily get very
large. Have you looked at the confidence interval?
