st: saving files with replace

Dear all,
I'm using Stata 8 but i'm facing difficulties to save my files. When i
use the command "save, replace",  i receive this kind of message "file
c:\datahh\dataset1.dta cannot be modified or erased; in read-only
directory". Can someone tell me why ? What do i have to do ?
