Dear Statalisters,
I would like to merge two datasets; one of them has formal names and one
has nicknames (i.e. Dave and David, Jon and Jonathan, etc.). I seem to
recall that there are some user-written commands to deal with imperfect
matches. Is anyone familiar with any of them?
