For graphs you could save the graphs as .eps or use -graph2tex- 

For results: try -findit latex- .  It will bring up a number of ways
including: -parmest-, -estout-, -outtex-, -outtable- , -sutex- , or -latab-

See also Roger Newson's (2003) "Confidence intervals and p-values for
delivery to the end user". The Stata Journal 3(3): 245-269, which he has
made available on-line.
