Fellow Statalisters (especially StataCorp):

I have discovered the -_parse- command under -help undocumented-, and it looks very useful. Is it stable enough for users to be using it in writing their own programs (eg the next version of my own -eclplot-)? Or is it undocumented because it is unstable and likely to be revised at short notice or even without warning?

Best wishes (and thanks in advance)

Roger
