RTFM: bootstrap.hlp file says,

Since bootstrapping is a random process, persons interested in
reproducibility of
    results should set the random-number seed by typing set seed #
before running
    bootstrap; see "help generate".

And generate.hlp says,

    set seed # specifies the initial value of the random number seed used by the
    uniform() function.
