If you have not already done so, I strongly suggest that you contact Circle Systems directly. In my experience their support for Stat/Transfer is fantastic -- the lead developer himself has personally helped me on several occasions through rather thorny transfer problems. My guess is that this will be the fastest way to solve your problem.
