st: renaming a label

Hi everyone.

Is there are way to rename a value label?

Suppose I have a label called countrycodes:
 106 "Denmark"
 109 "France"
 110 "Germany"
etc.

But I don't want it to be named countrycodes, I want it to be named nativity.

Is there a programmatic way to either rename or copy such a label into 
another of a different name?
