I conducted switching regression using 'movestay' and
obtained a message stated below.
. movestay y2 age emp pat year1 year2 year3, select
(z1=age emp pat)
Fitting initial values .....
initial: log likelihood = -<inf> (could not
be evaluated)
could not find feasible values
r(491);
Does anybody know the solution to this problem?
