You should include z2 (the switching var) in your list of explanatory variables. That is,
. espoisson y2 age emp qse z2,ed(z2) s(age emp)
Best wishes,
Alfonso.

Dear all,
I use Stata7-SE.
I downloaded a program 'espoisson' to conduct
switching regression where an independent variable of
the main regime was count data.
However, I obtained a message shown below.
. espoisson y2 age emp qse ,ed(z2) s(age emp)
Getting Initial Values:
could not find feasible values
r(491);
Does anybody know how to fix it?
Thank you in advance.
