st: option diparm

Dear Statalist,

I am interested in the new program Movestay for endogenous switching 
published in the recent Stata Journal. However, every time I try 
running this program (using both my own data or the example data 
provided) I encounter an error message -- option diparm() not allowed. 
How do I get around this? Any help would be appreciated.
