We do not have any record of this question being sent in for technical support.
However, it has now been assigned to a technical services representative. It
seems as though this problem may be due to some change on this laptop.
Possible causes could be a corrupted registry entry, adware, spyware, a virus,
etc. A member of Stata Technical Services will be contacting Dimitris shortly.
