This must be a FAQ, I remember this floating up a month or two ago.
But it is neither on the statalist FAQ nor on the official FAQ
(probably because all of the interfaces to TeX are not parts of the
official Stata). The available options have already been mentioned.

Have you looked at -areg- for that purpose?
