st: various updates to SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, various packages 
have been updated on SSC. 

The updates are in total a flurry 
of minor flourishes and fixes. 

-dpplot- (version 8). (Thanks to Tim Sofer
for an earlier bug fix, not previously 
acknowledged in public) 

-glmcorr- (version 7) 

-pairplot- (version 8)
