st: Keep personal emails off Statalist please

Just a reminder of a key basic principle, 
with apologies to those to whom it is obvious: 

Please don't use Statalist as a conduit for 
personal mail. If your mail is directed 
to an individual, please find out the email address 
of that individual and use it!
