thanks to Kit Baum, version 1.1.0 of -hshaz- is now available from SSC:
ssc install hshaz, replace
-hshaz- estimates discrete time (grouped data) proportional hazards
models incorporating a discrete mixture distribution to summarize
unobserved individual heterogeneity, as proposed by Heckman and
Singer (1984).
The new version sets the maximum number of mass points to 5 (previously
4), provides standard errors for all mass point probability estimates,
and corrects some typos in the help file.
