Sounds like you might find -gllamm- useful (downloadable from SSC), since
this contains a -link(logit)- option. However, you'll need to take a
careful look at the help for -gllamm- as to what exact command code(s)
you'll need to use to fit your model, as I've not yet used -gllamm-.
