st: Wishlist- Prefs-General Preferances-Windowing

Dear Stataeans,

While we are on to wishes, here is a useful, albeit hesitant one.
Why not provide the following checkbox in Prefs > General Preferences ... >
Windowing:  ["Make Windows Dockable"].
Docking windows can make windows management, especially resizing and
maximizing, much more practical.
