You can do this with Google. The download info for items on RePEc
lists the file URLs. When you do a Google search for a URL, Google
should respond "Sorry, no information is available for the URL ...",
followed by the line "If the URL is valid, try visiting that web page
by clicking on the following link: ..." This link is right-clickable.
As an example, try downloading the ado and associated help file for
-estout- from this page:
