I have a very large data file (2.42GB) that I am trying to read into
Stata. I am currently using the Intercooled 8.2 version. I have tried to
increase the amount of memory allocated by using the "set memory"
command with no luck as I keep receiving the message: "no; data in
memory would be lost". Are there any suggestions with regard to this
issue? Could this have anything to do with the version of Stata that I
am using?
