st: CI for effect sizes

Dear Listers,
I'm wondering whether there is a way to compute CI for effect sizes in STATA, for instance for Cohen's d. I'm particularly interested in ANOVA.
Any input would be greatly appreciated.

P.S.: Or is there any other (freee?!) software. Any experience with STATISTICA's power-module?
