encountered a difference between Stata 7 and Stata 8. As Mark Schaffer
<[email protected]> noted, Tewodaj was not using an updated Stata.
This is related to the problem with specifying the -pre( , lag( ))- option
that was brought up last week. I am in the process of certifying the
updated code. An update will be available late today or tomorrow.
