Without seeing any examples of your output, it's difficult to prescribe
exactly. However, I wouldn't feel too disconcerted about the values of R^2
you're getting (which, at 0.6, looks pretty good anyway), particularly if
you look at

If your FE model appears to be making sense, I wouldn't worry about it.
