Thanks to Kit Baum very much, there is now a graph command -meta_lr-
downloadable from SSC. In Stata, type
ssc desc meta_lr
-meta_lr- is a STATA 8.2 graph command of positive and negative likelihood
ratios in diagnostic test. It
mainly does two things: drawing forest plots of those two likelihood ratios
of individual studies in one graph; drawing stratified meta-analysis of
those two likelihood ratios in one graph. Suggestions and comments are
welcome.
