st: Memory on windows server

Dear All,

I try to run a big job on a windows server that has total amount of 2.5G ram. However, Stata seems to be able to allocate only 800MB out of the 1.5 GB free ram. I consult my system admin, and he has no idea why it is that way either. Has anyone had this kind of problem and is there a way out? Thanks!
