st: Updates to -svr- on SSC

There are updated versions of several files from my -svr- package on 
SSC.  These address the following problems:

(1) When using -predict- after -svrmodel ... , cmd(logit) to generate 
predicted probabilities, the predictions were *incorrect*.  This is fixed.

(2) -predict- after -svrmodel- with the cmd(mlogit), cmd(ologit), and 
cmd(oprobit) would fail, issuing one of several error messages.  This is fixed.

(3) The cmd(logistic) option of -svrmodel- did not work (generating an 
error message). This is fixed.

(4) The cmd(poisson) option of -svrmodel- did not work (generating an error 
message).  This is fixed.

(5) The "ci" option of -svrtab- caused the program to crash; this is fixed.
