It says it is for v. 6.  There may be a better way, but these appear to be 
the locations of the hlp and ado files:

http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/ado/analysis/protab.ado

http://www.ats.ucla.edu/stat/stata/ado/analysis/protab.hlp

So, save these two files and place them in C:\ado\personal or something 
like that.
