The thread interested me and I just downloaded the package and tried to
use it.
I commanded (Stata7) -kapm timevar deadvar, by(treatment)- and got the
error message "unrecognized command: title".
Then I tried -kapm timevar deadvar, by(treatment)- and got the message
"unrecognized command: cvar".
Same occurred when using Stata8.
Any hint?

Sorry.
I misspelled the second command: kapm2 and not kapm.
