st: Ado file for decomposition of poverty changes into growth and inequality components ?

Dear Stata-listers,

I was wondering whether anyone had written an ado file that allows to decompose changes in poverty rates into (i) changes due to economic growth in the absence of changes in inequality, and (ii) changes in inequality in the absence of growth, following Datt and Ravallion (1992) and Kakwani (1997).
