How I can add two variables without consider missing-values?
A simple solution would be to replace missing values with zero and back to missing values after you have done your adding up. If you have very many variables, you can use a loop to execute that. Otherwise, experts in Stata will surely know of a shortcut to ask stata to ignore missing values.
