st: Fill options for bar graphs - fill patterns?

I print my graphs in grayscale but sometimes there are too many bars
(especially with stacked bars) to distinguish between some shades of gray.
Is it possible to change the fill pattern of the bars?  Such as diagonal
stripes, dots, etc.
