st: -catplot- and -onewayplot- revised on SSC

Thanks to Kit Baum, revised files 
for two graphics programs written 
for Stata 8 have been posted on SSC. 
In both cases the changes are small 
fixes or tweaks. 

These are -catplot- and -onewayplot-. 
Thanks to David Schwappach for specific 
comments on -catplot-. 

To describe, or install, or as the case may be, 
to replace in Stata type (for example)

. ssc desc onewayplot 

. ssc inst onewayplot 

or 

. ssc inst onewayplot, replace
