thanks to Kit Baum, SSC carries a -psmatch2- update
although i do not usually announce updates on statalist, i'd like to
point people to this one because nearest neighbor matching is
significantly faster
more in general i'd like to urge users of -psmatch2- to check for
updates regularly
updating is easy:
ssc install psmatch2, replace
