Some time ago, in reply to a query about existence of a command to calculate the bivariate normal density function, I mentioned that I'd written a short program for this purpose.
I've finally cleaned up the help file, updated the ado, and have submitted it to SSC.
-bnormpdf- generates a new variable with the density for two supplied variables and the supplied parameters of their joint bivariate normal distribution.
