I am analysing a clustered data set, and am using a random effects model to
carry out univariate analysis in order to account for the clustering. The
command I am using is 'xtlogit [outcome variable] [exposure variable],
i(cluster variable) or. Most of the time, STATA gives me an odds ratio,
standard error, and P-value which is great, but occasionally it will only give
me an odds ratio with no standard error or P-value. Does anybody have any idea
why this maybe so?
