Stata is not a very useful program for estimating over-identified multi-equation models. Possibly it can be done, but most likely you will be better off using a program designed for structural equation modeling, e.g. LISREL, AMOS, EQS or Mplus. - David Greenberg, Sociology Department, New York University.
